Puppy Deposit Agreement
As we wait to welcome new babies into the world, I am overwhelmed with the response to the families wanting one of our mini schnauzer puppies. So that we can continue with our philosophy of being a small family in-home breeder of quality miniature schnauzer puppies we will no longer do the “first come, first serve” method to be placed on the waiting list.
If you are interested in one of our puppies, please fill out the below puppy questionnaire and agreement. Return it by mail or email, along with your deposit. Once we receive it, I will go through each application carefully and choose the best possible fit based on each person’s criteria. Our top priority besides raising healthy dogs is to make sure we place each puppy in the best possible home. If you are chosen, I will sign the contract and return it to you as your receipt. We will return all deposits that are not chosen.

*** WAITING LIST DEPOSIT FOR UNBORN PUPPY OF $100 _________
*** ADDITIONAL PUPPY DEPOSIT FOR YOUR CHOSEN PUPPY ONCE IT IS BORN OF $300 ________
WAITING LIST DEPOSIT – A deposit in the amount of $100 is required to hold your place on the waiting list for an unborn puppy. This deposit is totally REFUNDABLE if we do not have the right puppy for you or you can transfer it to another waiting list for a future unborn litter. Your name will be placed in order of receipt of the deposit, not the signed contract. This deposit will also go towards the total purchase price of your new puppy. If we refund your deposit it will be processed within 1-3 weeks.
PUPPY DEPOSIT – An additional deposit in the amount of $300 is required to hold the puppy of your choice just after birth until it is ready to be picked up. This deposit is non-refundable.
*** All deposits are deducted from the full cost of the puppy.
***Please make sure you are ready to commit to the new puppy. Make sure you are 100% sure you want the puppy before sending in your deposit. As the seller of these puppies I reserved the right to void this contract if at any time I feel that the puppy is not going to a good home. If the contract is voided full refund of deposit paid will be returned.
This deposit signifies intent on the behalf of the purchaser to follow through with the purchase transaction of the puppy. It has been mutually agreed by both parties that the puppy will be held until 8 weeks old. If your puppy choice does not end up being what you want by the time it is 8 weeks old you may transfer the deposit to another puppy of your choice or we will refund the price of the puppy less the deposit paid.
Please print this contract off, fill it out and either mail it to us or email it to us at dorietwist92961@gmail.com. Once we receive the completed form and deposit, we will sign it and send it back to you if you are chosen. This makes it legally binding.

Deposits can be paid either by PayPal at dorietwist92961@gmail.com ($100 + $4.50 service charge for PayPal or chose “Friend & Family” so that there is no service charge) Money Order, Cashier’s Check, or Personal Check.
